Every piece of land has a Patta issued by the Revenue Department. With our indigenous software, we verify details of Patta that helps us with the details of the owner and property details.
Step 2
Registration Department Check-up
This certificate has the details of the extent of land, measurement of the land and the name of the owner. The Land registration department issues an encumbrance certificate which is a very important document for any land-related transaction.
Step 3
Utility Check-up
Property tax is collected for the land, building in the land etc. Depending on the extent of land/ measurement of the building the property tax varies and has to be paid yearly along with the water tax and Electricity Bill. The details of taxes paid and receipts can be accessed and verified. With this, we help our customers verify taxes paid and the amount due (if any).
